Already have reservations in OpenTable? No worries – all of your existing reservations will carry over into our new system. Guests may continue to book reservations through our website, on, or through the Resy mobile app.

Shades of Greek Rosés at Ousia

Join us to experience summer in the Mediterranean as we feature a special selection of Greek rosé wines from now through September 30!

Moscofilero, Meliasto, Domaine Spiroupoulos, Peloponnese, 2017

Lemon blossom and bergamot dominate the bouquet while the palate is lush with strawberry preserves and a tart, refreshing finish.

Biblinos “Unknown Grape” Biblia Chora, Pangeon, 2016

This exotic red grape gives a complex juice, featuring a bouquet of forest red berries with hints of ripe raspberries and herbaceous notes on the palate. It has a full mouth and rounded, balanced acidity.

Cabernet Sauvignon, Saumon, Harlaftis Estate, Peloponnese, 2017

This bright, rose-colored wines showcases flavors of strawberries, cherries, gooseberries, cranberries, rose water, and a hint of orange peel. It is dry with a long, sophisticated aftertaste and amazing acidity.

Merlot, Domaine Costa Lazaridi, Drama, 2016

This is an elegant, terroir-driven wine that exhibits flavors of strawberries and English plums. It has nice body and fine texture, with a long finish and a touch of minerals.

The deep hues of this rosé match the strawberry and raspberry fruit qualities in the aroma. In the mouth, this wine gives the feeling of sweetness and a long finish with a touch of ripe red fruit.

Touriga National, Pink Bang, Wine Art Winery, Drama, 2017

This is a pale pink rosé rushes with a complex and particularly delicate nose with floral and red fruit aromas. The mouth is refreshing and dominated by a fruity and spicy aftertaste.

$12 Parking for Ousia Guests

$12 parking (two hours) is available for guests of Ousia who park in either the VIA 57 WEST or Helena 57 WEST garages.

Please ask your server about ticket validation.

Any day after 6pm and all day on Sundays, park near Ousia for free! Parking rules apply to 57th St., 58th St., and 12th Avenue.
