This Orthodox Lenten Season, Chef de Cuisine Vasiliki Vourliotaki has composed a menu of healthy and authentic Greek Lenten dishes. These specials will be offered alongside our regular a la carte dinner menu and will vary from day to day. Savor dishes such as Garides me Fava (sauteéd shrimp with yellow split pea purée), Seafood Gemista, and Imam-Style Eggplant with potato purée.

This white has intense aromas of nectarine and citrus fruits with hints of tropical fruit and botanical aromas. It is impressive in the mouth, with a distinctive elegant acidity and a pure, fruity aftertaste.

Aplá is a modern rosé, with a salmon skin pale pink color with purple hues. It has a delicate nose with aromas of red fruit and tomato leaves. Its refreshing mouth is dominated by a fruity and spicy aftertaste. With a bouquet reminiscent of wild strawberries and red cherries, it has crisp minerality and refreshing acidity.
Suggested pairing: Rooster Makaronia, Hand-Rolled Pasta, Slow-Braised Rooster, Marjoram Pesto, Graviera
2016, Cabernet Sauvignon, Xinomavro, Aplá, Oenops Wines, Drama
This wine’s ruby red color and pleasant aromas of blackcurrant and forest fruit in a botanical background highlight Drama’s biodiversity. Elegant and well-structured, it has a balanced mouth feel, medium acidity and delicious tannins.
Suggested pairing: Grilled Hanger Steak, Metaxa Jus
