Director of Operations Kamal Kouiri, who also oversees the wine program at our sister restaurant Molyvos, has curated a Greek-centric Mediterranean list to complement Chef Carlos’s kitchen creations. Kamal’s frequent trips to the Greek mainland and islands, as well as his strong relationships with boutique wine producers, bring together an exceptional list of rare labels not found anywhere else in the city.
In addition to fine wines, our beverage program features specialty rums, an assortment of Greece’s national aperitif Ouzo, as well as a wide selection of beers from Greece and around the Mediterranean. Venture outside of the ordinary at Ousia.
